| Opening Ceremonies |
| Usually, Pacific Media Expo does not have an opening ceremony. It has a designated time when events start to open up and things just go from there. This year saw the return of opening ceremonies and several guests were in attendance including Shinichi "Nabeshin" Watanabe, Maki and Asuka of Angelic Pretty, Takuya Angel, UchuSentai NOIZ, and Aoi Kidokoro. |
